1. What’s happening:
The resume preview feature on
👉 https://www.kaushikparui.com/resume
is currently not working as expected.
This is due to an infrastructure change following the decommissioning of an older AWS account. The resume preview relies on CloudFront configuration that is temporarily restricted in the new AWS account.
2. Why this is taking time:
New AWS accounts require a short stabilization period before certain configurations (including relaxed CORS options) become available.
In this case, the account will transition fully to pay-as-you-go on 02 January 2026, after which the required CloudFront settings can be applied.
Until then, the browser blocks the preview request, resulting in the current issue.
3. What still works:
✅ Resume download is fully functional
❌ Resume preview is temporarily unavailable
4. What’s next:
The issue will be resolved as soon as the CloudFront configuration becomes available after the AWS account transition.
